These terms and conditions govern your use of the T10Exchange website, app and services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, together with our privacy policy, disclaimer and responsible gaming guidelines. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to T10Exchange and the team operating this website and app. "You" and "your" refer to any person who accesses the platform or holds an account. "Account" or "ID" means the personal T10Exchange login issued to you. "Bet" means any wager you place on the platform, including backing and laying selections on the exchange. You agree to provide accurate information, to maintain only one account unless we agree otherwise, and to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, shared, or used in breach of these terms.
You agree to keep the details on your account current, including your registered mobile number and payment information, and to let us know if they change. Accurate details help us verify you, protect your balance, and process your withdrawals without delay. You must not allow anyone else to use your ID, and you should not use anyone else's. Because you are responsible for activity under your login, choosing a strong, private password and guarding it carefully is an important part of meeting these terms. If you believe someone has learned your password, change it and contact us straight away.
Deposits and withdrawals are made in Indian rupees through the methods we support, such as UPI, IMPS and net banking. To protect you and us, withdrawals are generally returned to the same verified account used to deposit, and we may carry out checks before processing a payment. Minimum and maximum limits may apply and will be explained to you. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your winnings under the law that governs you. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers or incorrect details supplied by you.
When you place a bet, it is subject to the rules of the relevant market and the result of the underlying event. Odds can change quickly, especially in a fast format such as T10, and a bet is matched at the price available at the moment it is accepted. Markets are settled according to the official result. We reserve the right to void bets affected by obvious errors, technical faults, or suspected manipulation. Any tools provided on this site, such as the run chase calculator, spread analyzer and power surge timer, are for information only and do not guarantee any outcome.
In-play betting deserves particular care. During a live match, prices move constantly and a selection can be suspended without warning when a key moment such as a wicket occurs. If you place a bet during play, it is accepted at the price available at that instant, which may differ from the price you saw a moment earlier. Bets that are not matched are not active, and a matched bet stands according to the market rules even if the price then moves against you. Please make sure you are comfortable with these mechanics before betting in-play, and never wager in haste on a price you have not checked.
You agree to use T10Exchange honestly and lawfully. You must not use the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose, attempt to exploit bugs or errors, use bots or automated systems, collude with others to gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. Breaching these rules may result in voided bets, forfeited balances where permitted, and closure of your account.
You agree to use the T10Exchange website and app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or spoil anyone else's use. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, our servers, or any system connected to them, and you must not introduce viruses or other harmful material. The information on the site is provided for your general use and can change without notice. We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or completely free of errors.
The T10Exchange name, logo, website design, text and tools are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Game titles and images shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the products available.
T10Exchange is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your betting decisions, from events outside our reasonable control, or from interruptions to the service. Betting involves financial risk, and you accept that you may lose the money you stake. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are also not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These can include problems with banks or payment providers, internet or network outages, faults in third-party data or game feeds, power cuts, and other disruptions we cannot prevent. Where such an event affects the platform, we will make reasonable efforts to restore normal service as soon as we can, but we cannot accept liability for the disruption itself. This does not affect any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
You may stop using T10Exchange and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform and its users. Where your account is closed, any remaining balance you are entitled to will be returned to you through a verified method, subject to our checks.
From time to time we may offer bonuses or promotions to eligible members. Each offer carries its own terms, which may include how it can be used, any conditions that apply before related funds can be withdrawn, and how long it remains valid. Those specific terms form part of this agreement for anyone taking part. We may vary or withdraw an offer, and we may remove a bonus and any related winnings where an offer has been abused, for example through multiple accounts or other conduct that breaches these terms. We will always aim to explain the key conditions of an offer clearly before you take it up.
By using T10Exchange you agree to play responsibly and within your means. Betting involves financial risk, and you accept that you may lose the money you stake. We provide tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, cooling-off breaks and self-exclusion, and you can arrange any of these through our support team. We may also take action, such as applying a limit or suspending an account, where we have genuine concern about a member's wellbeing. If your account remains unused for a long period, we may treat it as dormant and take reasonable steps to contact you. Where required, we will follow applicable rules for handling any balance in a dormant account. To keep your account active and your details current, simply log in from time to time and let us know if your contact or payment information changes.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please tell us first so we have the chance to put things right. The quickest way is to contact our support team on WhatsApp with a clear description of the issue and any relevant details, such as dates, amounts and market names. We take complaints seriously and will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. Our records of bets and transactions will generally be used to help resolve any dispute about what took place.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a particular right at any time does not mean we give up that right. These terms, together with our privacy policy, disclaimer and any specific offer terms, make up the whole agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another party, but this will not affect your rights.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, and any disputes will be handled accordingly. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always appear on this page with a revised date.
